Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

We offer different shipping options based on product type, customer location, and delivery availability. You will be able to select the available shipping method during checkout.

The goods will be delivered to your designated address through our logistics/courier partners.

The shipping charges applicable to the order will be paid by the customer unless otherwise mentioned. In certain special cases, Toolshub may provide free shipping offers.

Shipping charges may vary depending on product weight, size, location, and courier availability.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday will be processed and dispatched on the same business day, subject to stock availability and order verification.

Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed from our warehouse on the next working day.

Minimum & Maximum Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed, processing will begin immediately.

  • If the product is available in stock, delivery will usually take 2–4 business days.

  • For special products, back-order items, or products requiring additional sourcing, delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Stock Availability & Order Cancellation

All orders are subject to product availability.

In case of stock unavailability, technical issues, incorrect product information, pricing errors, or system errors displayed on the website, Toolshub reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.

Customers will be informed regarding such situations.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details at the time of placing the order.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Toolshub will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused due to incorrect address, incomplete information, or customer unavailability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Customers can track their shipment directly through the courier partner’s tracking system.
